Throughout the year, CHECH gathers families for guided excursions across Houston. A large group opens doors: dedicated instructors, behind-the-scenes access, off-peak hours, and member rates. Half the fun is showing up and running into friends.

Three gatherings anchor the CHECH year: a fall celebration to open it, a winter open house to connect it, and a spring showcase to crown it.

Fall Gathering
The gathering that opens the program year. Past celebrations have included a Back to School Mass and a Victorian Regency Ball.

Homeschool Open House & Spelling Bee
A casual morning at the University of St. Thomas — book swap, community gathering, University Day for teens, and the Scripps Spelling Bee.

Spring Showcase & Graduation
