He Is Risen
The Easter season has begun — and it lasts far longer than one Sunday. We are in the Octave of Easter, eight days the Church treats as one continuous feast. Every day this week is Easter. Let that sink in. The world moves on quickly, but the Church asks us to linger here, to stay at the empty tomb a little longer and let the joy settle in. For your children, this is a gift. Don't rush back to the regular schedule. Keep the candles lit, keep the Alleluias ringing, eat the good food, tell the story again. The Resurrection is not the end of the liturgical year — it is the beginning of everything.

Teen Lecture This Friday
Our Philosophy & Theology Teen Lecture is this Friday, April 10, with Dr. Ben Nguyen on How Do We Interpret the Bible? The Four Senses of Scripture and John Chapter 21. While teens are in the lecture, UST Admissions will host a concurrent parent session on transcripts and dual enrollment — a great opportunity to get your questions answered while your student is learning down the hall. Community Group Spotlight
Aquinas Learning "Portico" (Northeast Houston)
Aquinas Learning Portico is a Catholic, classical, scholastic program for ages 5–18, meeting Tuesdays (with additional Thursdays for grades 7–12). The three-year cycle keeps Catholic faith at the core, classical learning as the approach, and family-friendly community as the style — with scholastic reasoning as the training and sainthood as the goal.
